Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026. FL Paint Pro receives the contact details, project information and optional images you choose to send through the estimate form. We use this information to respond to and manage your request.

Color Studio photos

Experimenting in the Studio processes your photo in your browser. Your photo is not sent to our server unless you choose to attach a design to an estimate request and consent to its use for that request. A design saved to your browser remains on your device.

Sharing and retention

We do not publish customer photos or use them for marketing without separate permission. Authorized staff may review lead records. Our hosting and email providers process data to operate the service. We retain requests for business follow-up and delete them when no longer needed or upon a verified deletion request, subject to legal record needs.

Analytics

Optional Google Analytics is activated only after you allow analytics. You can decline it and still use the site.

Your choices

To request access to or deletion of a submission, email support@flpaintpro.com. Please include enough details to locate the request. Browser-local designs can be deleted through your browser storage controls.
